Customers warrant and represent to Power Prospecting LLC. ® that all lists shall be used solely for the purpose of direct mail and no list or part thereof shall be used for any other purpose whatsoever. No list shall be used to solicit any activity deemed illegal by local, state or federal authorities. In some cases, a sample of mailing document must be provided before delivery. Some lists are not to be sold to certain companies directed by federal laws.

Customer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Power Prospecting LLC.® and its third party list providers, affiliates and their owners, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, penalties, expenses, attorney fees and any other liability arising out of or misuse of any list.

Any and all lists are provided "as is". Power Prospecting LLC. ® and it affiliates do not make any representations or warranties, express or implied to any warranties regarding accuracy, usefulness or completeness. Most lists provided have a deliverability rate of 93%. All lists are "scrubbed" against the National Change of Address database maintained by the United States Postal Service.
